Product Availability

At Pretty Gang Clothing  we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Display

We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit. For more information regarding our return policy, please visit return policy.

Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.  Dothan and Alabama residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays.

Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Express Shipping
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Pretty Gang Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

To initiate a return please use the RETURN tab at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Pretty Gang Clothing within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Pretty Gang Clothing product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
